Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and empower employees across all departments on the importance of effective data management, emphasizing concepts like data ownership, quality assurance, and governance through engaging training sessions and workshops.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends and industry standards in data management, collaborating with data professionals to establish and uphold data governance policies and standards that align with our organizational goals.
  • Translate complex data management concepts into easily understandable narratives for non-technical stakeholders, creating data visualizations and dashboards that facilitate comprehension and decision-making.
  • Bridge the gap between the Data Office and other departments, identifying opportunities to leverage data for process optimization, product enhancement, and overall business growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute data-driven projects and initiatives.
  • Monitor data quality and accuracy, proactively identifying and addressing areas for improvement to enhance overall data reliability. Provide support to colleagues in implementing data validation and cleansing processes as necessary.
  • Cultivate a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among data enthusiasts and professionals within the organization, facilitating communication between business units and the Data Office to drive collective data-driven initiatives forward.

Requirements

  • At least three years of working experience in a data management role.
  • Previous experience in a data-related role, with a track record of advocating for data-driven decision-making
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.
