The AI Process Automation Engineer architects scalable solutions by integrating RPA frameworks with cognitive services and generative AI to automate complex, judgment-based workflows. You will lead the full engineering lifecycle from PoC to production deployment and monitoring while collaborating with stakeholders to translate requirements into robust technical architectures.
Key Responsibilities
Architect, test, and deploy robust automation workflows using UiPath or Power Automate. You will integrate enterprise systems (ERP, CRM) via APIs and leverage LLMs, OCR, and NLP to enhance process intelligence and decision-making capabilities.
Lead the evaluation of automation opportunities by mapping "As-Is" and "To-Be" workflows across Finance, HR, and IT. You will conduct rigorous ROI and feasibility assessments to prioritize high-impact initiatives that eliminate operational inefficiencies.
Oversee orchestration, troubleshooting, and continuous optimization to ensure high availability and scalability. You are responsible for maintaining strict GDPR compliance, secure credential management, and internal IT governance throughout the development lifecycle.
Partner with business stakeholders to drive user adoption through UAT and change management. You will stay at the forefront of the industry by identifying new applications for Process Mining, Task Mining, and Copilots to evolve the company-wide automation framework
Requirements
Advanced development expertise across industry-leading ecosystems, specifically UiPath, Power Automate, and Automation Anywhere.
Proven capability in spearheading the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of complex enterprise automations.
Highly skilled in orchestrating seamless data flows between ERP/CRM platforms and custom API architectures.
Proficient in extending native RPA functionality through custom Python, .NET, or PowerShell implementations.
Hands-on experience integrating LLMs, OCR, and Machine Learning to automate unstructured data and complex decision-making.
Strong technical command of SQL and structured data-handling to ensure high-integrity automation outputs.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a closely related quantitative field.
2+ years’ hands-on experience in RPA / process automation development.
