Our client is looking to recruit a Receptionist (Reliever) to manage the front desk operations during staff absences or peak periods.
This role serves as the first point of contact for customers, visitors, and callers, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and efficient experience while supporting basic administrative and customer service functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls, emails and call promptly
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic information about the store, promotions, and services
Process cash, credit card, and other forms of payments accurately and efficiently
Issue receipts, refunds, credits, and change to customers
Direct customers to the appropriate departments or staff members
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area
Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards

Education and Experience
Basic computer skills (MS Office, POS systems an advantage)
