Our cient, within the Commercial Real Estate Industry, is looking to employ a Hospitality Professional to join their growing team. Reporting to the Business Centre Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring smooth running of the day-to-day operations and act as the first line of contact with clients.
- Handling communication through incoming calls, emails and through the inhouse software system.
- Handling bookings and diverting calls as necessary.
- Greeting clients upon arrival and manage any corresponding queries.
- Controlling inventory relevant to reception such as postage stamps, boardroom supplies, etc.
- Managing bookings and setting up of meetings rooms.
- Providing general administrative and clerical support as required.
Working hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
Skillsets & Requirements
- Able to work independently and in a team within a demanding environment
- Able to take iniative and decisions with a problem solving attitude
- Proven experience in customer relations is a must
- Excellent proficiency in both English, both written and spoken. Knowkedge of other languages will be considered as an asset.
- Excellent Interpersonal, organisational and communication skills
Education & Expereince
- A minimum of 3 years experience in the hospitality industry is a must
- Events planning experience will be considered as an asset
- Confident using MS Office and other basic IT packages
- Diploma level, particularly within the Hospitality would be considered an asset
