We’re looking for a proactive Junior Customer Service Agent fluent in German to join our clients Customer Support team. You’ll be the first point of contact for their customers, helping them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless experience. Based in Larnaca you would be responsible for;
Key Responsibilities
Assist internal and external customers with queries and concerns.
Coordinate with other departments to resolve issues efficiently
Maintain low customer request queues and manage assigned workloads.
Conduct customer research on transactions, bonuses, betting slips, and documents.
Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate support.
Escalate technical issues when required.
Participate in team meetings and support team initiatives.
Follow company procedures, including emergency protocols.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of work experience (customer service experience preferred).
Excellent German communication skills (written and spoken). C2 certification will be required if not spoken at a native level.
Fluency in English is also a requirement
Strong interpersonal skills and proficiency with internet-related software.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends.
