A welll-established client of ours operating within hospitality, is searching for a Front Office Manager to join their Front Office & Guest Relations team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:
• Ensures that the Front Office and other Guest Services are up to standard
• Ensures that guests receive a quick and efficient check-in and check-out
• Ensures that all complaints, queries and requests are handled politely and efficiently
• Maintains an awareness of all sales opportunities within the hotel to maximise revenue for rooms, telephone, pool and leisure complex
• Adheres to all company credit policies to ensure that all revenue expected is received.
• Attends credit meetings in order to assist in the collection of overdue accounts.
• Monitors and adheres to the Rooms Division budgets
• Is thoroughly knowledgeable of the Hotel’s Evacuation Plan and prepared to implement
assigned tasks during emergencies e.g. fire, bomb threats, power outages
• Ensures that all Public Areas are clean at all times, liaising with the Housekeeping and Maintenance Departments
• Regularly checking the Hotel’s Public Areas for suspicious objects of persons and liaise with the Security Department if necessary
• Performing competitive analysis with competing hotels
• Holding monthly meetings with the staff
