On behalf of our client, an independent professional services firm providing audit, accounting, tax and advisory services, we are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and secretarial support to management and different departments, contributing to the smooth daily operations of the office.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments and coordinate travel arrangements when required.
Handle incoming calls, welcome clients and visitors and oversee front desk activities with professionalism.
Prepare and organize correspondence, reports and documentation, while maintaining accurate filing systems and databases.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate orders for stationery, groceries and other office needs.
Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, courier services and document deliveries.
Provide administrative support to the Accounting and Audit teams and assist with communication with banks and basic corporate administrative tasks.
Support general office management activities and assist with additional administrative tasks when required.
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Secretarial Studies, Office Administration, Business Administration or a related field.
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role will be considered an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with travel logistics.
Excellent command of English & Greek (spoken & written). Knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian will be considered an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Ability to take initiative and handle multiple responsibilities in a structured and professional environment.
High level of integrity, professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information.
