Our client, a leading company within the hospitality industry, is looking for a Customer Support Agent to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries and service requests, ensuring prompt and professional assistance.
  • Manage incoming telephone communications and direct calls accurately to the appropriate departments or personnel.
  • Record, prioritise, and relay messages to customers and team members in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders received via telephone while maintaining high service standards.
  • Promote additional products and services through effective recommendation and sales techniques to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain clear communication between customers and operational teams to ensure requests are handled efficiently.
  • Deliver courteous, customer-focused support and assist in resolving enquiries and coordinating service requirements.
