Our Client, a fast-growing retailer of high-quality electronic products is looking for an experienced Customer Care Representative. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer inquiries via email or phone, and resolving issues efficiently and professionally while also, delivering excellent customer experiences while providing support to existing and potential clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Handle incoming calls professionally and courteously
- Listen to customer needs and provide clear, accurate information
- Resolve issues efficiently, aiming for first-call resolution
- Process sales via phone or email
- Maintain organised records of customer interactions
- Stay updated on products and company information
- Participate in training to improve skills
- Assist customers in selecting suitable products
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell
- Communicate clearly and effectively at all times
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: Office Hours
Requirements
- Fluent in written and verbal Maltese and English.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Patient, empathetic, and customer-focused.
- Reliable, enthusiastic, and willing to work onsite.
- Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Must have a strong flair for sales.
