Our client is looking to onboard a Customer Care Agent to assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service standards. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
Responsibilities:
Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
Reply to customer messages across multiple channels, including Facebook, website, and email
Handle customer complaints in a courteous, professional, and solution-oriented manner
Log complaints accurately in internal systems and escalate to relevant departments when required
Adhere to established call handling times and quality standards
Act as a backup receptionist when necessary
Work on a shift basis in line with operational requirements
Perform other duties related to the role as required by business needs
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese & English
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
O-Level standard of education
Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to learn
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong problem-solving skills
Ability to think creatively and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service
