Customer Care Agent

  South of Malta  |  Up to €18,600 Annually 

Our client is looking to onboard a Customer Care Agent to assist with customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and maintain high service standards. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries
  • Reply to customer messages across multiple channels, including Facebook, website, and email
  • Handle customer complaints in a courteous, professional, and solution-oriented manner
  • Log complaints accurately in internal systems and escalate to relevant departments when required
  • Adhere to established call handling times and quality standards
  • Act as a backup receptionist when necessary
  • Work on a shift basis in line with operational requirements
  • Perform other duties related to the role as required by business needs

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Maltese & English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel
  • O-Level standard of education
  • Positive attitude with a customer-focused mindset
  • Flexibility to work shifts and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think creatively and go the extra mile to deliver excellent customer service
