Head of Design

• We’re looking for a Head of Design to drive creativity, branding, and user experience across multiple casino products. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to take full ownership of design while laying the foundations for a future team.
• You’ll be responsible for building strong brand identities — from logos and color systems to typography and complete visual guidelines. The challenge is to create distinctive, scalable designs that work seamlessly across platforms.
• Your role will also cover UI and UX design for desktop and mobile, including lobbies, payments, onboarding, promotions, jackpots, and loyalty features. Every design should combine responsive usability with visual impact and strong conversion.
• Beyond product design, you’ll produce marketing and CRM assets such as banners, landing pages, emails, affiliate creatives, and social media visuals. You’ll also set up reusable frameworks to support the rapid launch of new brands.
• A data-driven approach is key — you’ll collaborate with product and CRM teams on A/B testing and use insights to refine assets and interfaces, ensuring engagement and retention keep improving.

Requirements

• You will have 5+ years of design experience and a strong portfolio in branding and digital products.
• Expertise in Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop is essential, while casino UX knowledge, HTML/CSS
• Motion skills will be considered a plus.
