Graphic Designer

Our client, within the property and real estate industry, is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support and eventually assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and campaigns. The role involves translating marketing concepts and strategies into visually compelling collateral and deliverables.

The Main Responsibilities include:

• Design marketing materials aligned with strategic objectives.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to produce creative assets.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual communications.
• Assist in marketing projects specific to the property/real estate sector.

Working Hours:

Monday- Friday

8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., office based 

Requirements

• Strong technical design skills (essential, non-negotiable).
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
• Ability to translate strategies and concepts into clear visual deliverables.
• Strong attention to detail and brand consistency.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a graphic design role is required.
• Experience within a marketing agency and/or the property/real estate sector is preferred.
• A relevant qualification in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field is considered an asset.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating technical expertise and past work is essential.
