Senior Portfolio Manager

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €45,000 Annually 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a new function within our client's international business. You will be primarily responsible for sourcing and monitoring projects for the relevant citizenship program and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  •  Source, develop and monitor projects eligible under the relevant citizenship by merit legislation.
  • Present eligible projects to prospects/clients, inform the client about project progress.
  • Coordinate closely with the processing team to ensure that each application is fully compliant with the relevant prerequisites.
  • Support drafting of the citizenship application file in relation to the project's merit and client's achievements.
  • Manage portfolios, and build relationships with grantees and stakeholders. 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, government agencies, and donors. 
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of programs to ensure they run efficiently and on schedule. 
  • Track program outcomes, collect data, and prepare reports for stakeholders. 
  • Establish and maintain client satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation.
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews.
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application.
  • Prepare credit reports and recommendations.
  • Maintain business relations with the project stakeholders (NGOs, public institutions, intermediaries etc.).
  • Prepare detailed applications for the relevant citizenship program and support the application with economic data.

Requirements

  • Local experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank, law or wealth management
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
  • Possess business development acumen
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • Able to work independently

Education and Experience

  • Ideally holds an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
