Senior Portfolio Manager

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €45,000 Annually 

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Senior Portfolio Manager to lead a new function within our client's international business. You will be primarily responsible for sourcing and monitoring projects for the relevant citizenship program and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage key client relationships through regular contact and visits (if applicable)
  • Serve as the primary client contact and advocate for day-to-day activities necessary for the client application and escalate issues and requests when needed
  • Establish and maintain client satisfaction through account planning, proactive client communications and issue remediation
  • Build and execute a client-centric relationship framework inclusive of regularly scheduled status calls & application reviews
  • Leverage internal resources to assist the client with meeting the requirements of their application
  • Develop strong relationships with the respective stakeholders and positively engage with them.
  • Source and implement appropriate projects eligible for the relevant citizenship program.
  • Maintain business relations with the project stakeholders (NGOs, public institutions, intermediaries etc.).
  • Develop and monitor new projects eligible for the relevant citizenship program. 
  • Prepare detailed applications for the relevant citizenship program and support the application with economic data.

Requirements

  • Local experience of account management within investments, insurance, private bank, law or wealth management
  • Proven track record of successfully building and nurturing multi-level client relationships.
  • Possess business development acumen
  • Fluency in Maltese and English
  • Able to work independently

Education and Experience

  • Ideally holds an undergraduate degree in business, economics, marketing or other related disciplines.
