Our client operates as a Services Provider As they are growing they would like to engage a Senior Operations Manager to lead the whole operation. This is a new role.
The Role
Oversees and coordinates all service-providing departments
Ensures teams are organised and deliver projects on time
Reports directly to the CEO/Managing Director
Collaborates closely with Sales and Finance departments
Aligns operations with sales capacity and business objectives
Defines and refines services with leadership
Optimises team structure, roles, and budgets
Sets KPIs and monitors team and individual performance
Supports daily operations and resolves or escalates issues
Plans, tracks, and ensures progress of departmental work
Leads staff development and training
There is a very good bonus structure with the salary package on achievement of KPI's
Requirements
Requires at least 3 years of senior management experience
Have proven experience in account management and business development
