Our client is looking to add a Senior Corporate Services Officer to their growing team
What you'll be doing
Organise and manage company contracts, agreements, and accounting data, and coordinate with accounting and audit teams for year-end financial reporting.
Support the administration and overall management of client entities, including companies, partnerships, trusts, and foundations.
Act as the main client contact, maintain strong relationships, and provide updates on regulatory developments.
Prepare and file corporate documentation (e.g. resolutions, minutes, share transfers) and ensure statutory records are accurate and up to date.
Monitor communications with regulatory authorities and stay informed on corporate and regulatory changes.
Assist with corporate team workload planning, maintain accurate operational records, gather client feedback, and report to the Head of Direct Tax & Corporate Services.
Requirements
2-3 years experience in corporate administration
Knowledge of Maltese corporate law, MBR systems and compliance procedures
Knowledge in Microsoft Office is a must
Strong organisation and time management skills
Education and Experience
MQF Level 5 , or higher in Finance, Banking, Business or Commerce
