Senior Corporate Manager

Our client, a reputable International CSP is looking to onboard a Senior Corporate Manager to lead and join a growing team of professionals:

Duties:

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with relevant authorities and high standards of corporate governance.
• Ensure financial and legal requirements are met throughout 
• Supervise a team of professionals, primarily accountants, to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service.
• Manage a team of Corporate Services Managers and a growing portfolio of international high net worth clients clients.
• Supervise a team of professionals to ensure the consistent delivery of high-quality service, from a legal and funiancil perspective 
• Stay current with local compliance requirements, particularly AML and CSP licensing.
• Oversee the arrangement of accounting and tax advisory services alsobassisting and partaking in drafting / reviewing agreements with in-house or external advisors
• Assist the team in meeting client needs for accounting or legal and tax advisory services

Requirements

• Previous senior experience working in a similar role, within a (local) legal firm, corporate services provider, or an accounting firm
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Good analytical skills and a logical thinker, as well as the ability to find practical solutions to challenging tasks
