Our client is a small company, looking for a Junior Lawyer to join their team and support the work of the company , reporting directly to the Head of Malta Operations.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on Malta’s Citizenship by Investment (MEIN) and Residency by Investment (MPRP) programs.
Represent and accompany clients in meetings with relevant Maltese government authorities.
Prepare, complete, review, and manage citizenship and residency application forms and supporting documentation.
Coordinate with the Processing Center and ensure all documents are accurate, verified, and properly classified.
Provide feedback to clients, maintain professional communication, and conduct regular file follow-ups to track status and missing documents.
Oversee and review real estate investment purchase documentation related to applications.
Represent the company at international conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
