The Head of Business Development is responsible for driving strategic growth initiatives aligned with the company’s overall goals.
The Role
- This role involves crafting and executing long-term business development strategies.
- A core duty is establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
- You will closely collaborate with sales and marketing teams to set revenue targets and develop sales strategies.
- A major focus is on closing high-value deals that contribute significantly to the company’s revenue.
- You will also lead the development of business proposals and client presentations.
The salary package will also include a commission structure in addition to the base salary
