Our client is seeking an exceptional and service-driven General Manager to lead a boutique luxury wellness clinic offering exclusive accommodation for up to 20 guests. This role is central to delivering a seamless, discreet, and highly personalized experience that blends clinical excellence with refined hospitality.

The Role

• You will be a hands-on leader with a passion for wellness, attention to detail, and the ability to create a calm, elevated environment where every guest feels cared for and valued.
• Oversee all aspects of daily operations across the clinic and guest accommodation
• Curate and maintain a five-star guest experience, ensuring every client journey is seamless from arrival to departure
• Lead, inspire, and manage a small, high-performing multidisciplinary team
• Ensure the highest standards of presentation, cleanliness, and ambiance throughout the property
• Coordinate client schedules, treatments, and accommodation with precision and discretion
• Handle guest relations with professionalism, ensuring confidentiality and personalized care
• Monitor performance, occupancy, and service quality to continuously elevate standards
• Oversee budgets, cost control, and operational efficiency without compromising quality
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience and grow the brand

Requirements

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality, wellness retreats, boutique hotels, or high-end clinic environments
• Strong leadership presence with a hands-on, detail-oriented approach
