A reputable client of ours, specialised within the Industrial Goods and Services sector, is looking to onboard a highly skilled and seasoned General Manager to join tier team:
Duties:
Overseeing and taking charge of strategies for business growth
Commercial responsibility for a varied portfolio of high end clients assuring quality of the service throughout
Responsible for the negotiation and drive of large projects
Regular checks on the company costs and relationship with suppliers (subcontractors, office rent, warehouse, car leasing, fuel, general expenses)
Approval and checks of company and client payments
Regular meetings and liaison with the Financial controller and the financial team, guiding and leading accordingly
Monthly checks of the attendance sheets of the all team and approvals for payroll
Regular checks and action of the FQE(Field quality excellence) activities
Regular checks and inspections of the fulfilment of the various large projects
Regular checks and follow ups on the new CRM/ERP Microsoft Dynamics – new field application of the technicians
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years, experience working within a similar role within the services or Manufacturing industry
Exellent verbal and written comunicatio skills in bith English and Maltese
Impeccable leadership and organisational skills
Education and Experience
A degree, or related qualification, in the field of Engineering will be given strong preference
