On behalf of our client a boutique firm, we are seeking a motivated Finance & Corporate Officer to join and provide financial and corporate administrative support to the CEO on both personal and corporate financial matters, including joint ventures in which he is involved. The role will also be responsible for the in-house corporate administration function.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, lawyers, and banks
Maintain corporate records, company structures, and statutory documentation
Support compliance and AML-related processes
Assist in structuring and improving internal financial and administrative procedures
Liaise with stakeholders, partners, and regulatory bodies when required
Requirements:
Knowledge of corporate financial management and regulatory frameworks
Experience in corporate administration and company structuring
Ability to work autonomously and take initiative
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high dependability
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
CySEC AML certification will be considered a requirement or strong advantage
Hands-on mindset and willingness to support operational change when required
Requirements
Support the CEO with personal and corporate financial administration
Manage day-to-day corporate administration for group entities
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a relevant role
