Our client is seeking to recruit for a Corporate Senior Team Leader to join our team.

Duties will include:

Manage and coordinate corporate projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
Lead a team of professionals, providing guidance, feedback, and development opportunities.
Support business growth initiatives through client engagement and operational excellence.
Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement solutions to meet objectives.
Oversee the preparation and submission of documents to the Malta Business Registry.
Attend board meetings, take minutes, draft resolutions and keep company registers up to date.

Requirements

Experience in company law, corporate services, and a legal/accounting environment, within a leadership capacity
A qualification in law, corporate services or finance related field is preferred.
Strong experience in working within a corporate services role is required
Excellent communications skills
