Corporate Services Executive

Our client, an international law firm is looking to recruit a Corporate Services Executive to join their team.

Main responsibilities include :

• Preparing and submitting resolutions and statutory filings to regulatory authorities
• Managing the general administration and upkeep of client companies and shareholder entities
• Assisting with the opening, maintenance, and closure of accounts with banks, financial institutions, and payment service providers
• Supporting ongoing administrative and compliance obligations, as well as occasional company incorporations
• Coordinating and handling day-to-day client requests and correspondence
• Attending client and regulatory meetings, and drafting and maintaining meeting minutes
• Liaising regularly with the Malta Business Registry (MBR) and other authorities
• Collaborating with lawyers, accountants, auditors, and other service providers
• Assisting with the registration and administration of foundations, trusts, and other entities
• Taking a proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs
• Providing daily support to internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in a corporate services role or similar, managing a client portfolio
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
• An assertive, hands-on approach and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

Education and Experience

• A degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Commerce, or a related field (considered an asset)
