Our client, a corporate services provider, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused individual to join their growing team as a Corporate Services Executive.
This role offers a varied and rewarding opportunity for someone with a background in corporate administration who enjoys working in a professional, client-facing environment.
Duties include:
- Managing a portfolio of corporate clients, ensuring timely and professional responses to client queries and requests.
- Supporting the formation of new companies, including the preparation and submission of statutory documents, and ongoing management of corporate entities.
- Coordinating and preparing documentation for Board and General meetings, ensuring proper notice is given and all meeting packs are accurately compiled.
- Ensuring that all legal obligations for client companies are met in a timely manner, including regulatory filings with the Malta Business Registry and other relevant authorities.
- Overseeing day-to-day corporate administration duties and maintaining compliance across all serviced entities.
- Assisting the MLRO and Compliance Officer with compliance-related matters and regulatory reporting obligations.
- Maintaining well-organised and up-to-date corporate records and files.
- Liaising with external parties such as lawyers, auditors, and accountants on behalf of clients.
- Communicating with regulatory authorities, including the Malta Business Registry, as necessary.
- Supporting client onboarding by collecting documentation, performing due diligence, and maintaining accurate compliance records.
- Preparing documentation for audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions to ensure all reporting deadlines are met.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-years of local experience in a similar position
- Fluency in both written and spoken English
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective communication with clients and internal teams.
- A team player with the flexibility to assist colleagues to meet deadlines when required.
- Competent in using Microsoft Office and standard business software.
- A proactive individual who takes initiative and is keen to improve and streamline internal processes.
