Corporate & Compliance Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client, a leading law firm is seeking to recruit a Corporate & Compliance Administrator to join their growing team. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:

  • Assisting in the client onboarding and screening process
  • Conducting reviews of client files and customer due diligence data
  • Updating client database
  • Assisting in the submission and preparation of statutory filings with the Malta Business Registry
  • Supporting other members of the team in corporate and compliance matters

Skill-sets and Requirements

  • A minimum of one year experience in a similar role within Financial Services
  • Possess knowledge of AML/FTF compliance obligations
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Maltese
  • Possess excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Have strong interpersonal skills and be meticulous
