Our client a renown CSP is looking for a Corporate Assistant Manager to lead a team
Responsibilities:
Overseeing the company formation process by conducting client meetings, preparing M&As and relevant forms, and coordinating with clients to understand MBR requirements.
Drafting or reviewing documents for corporate changes, including those needed for complex alterations
Managing a portfolio of clients, building strong business relationships, and acting as the primary contact for routine corporate services.
Interpreting client requests for corporate changes and determining the appropriate resources to complete the work.
Understanding and accurately reporting changes in beneficial ownership to the MBR.
Preparing and reviewing Company Registers.
Assisting clients with MBR inspections by advising them on necessary information and documentation, preparing relevant documents, and coordinating with the MBR.
Leading the bank account opening process by identifying suitable financial institutions, gathering relevant client information, and communicating with banks.
Overseeing the time and budget management for multiple concurrent assignments, both personal and team-based, and promptly addressing issues, risks, and opportunities.
Participating in cross-departmental activities to ensure comprehensive customer service.
Requirements
A minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role. Managed a team before
Have an excellent understanding of what forms are required by the MBR and any practical requirements that may be imposed from time to time by the MBR;
