Corporate Assistant Manager

  Central Malta  |  €45,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Assistant Manager to join their team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle, organize and participate in client meetings 
  • Provide direct support to the Client Manager 
  • Handle duties of corporate and/or trust administration for various companies and structures 
  • Support in the financial transactions and preparation of documentation for transactions 
  • Record all time spent for invoicing and internal reporting purposes 
  • Provide technical support and mentoring to junior team members
  • Handle all client reviews and action accordingly 
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining control 
  • Support in ad-hoc projects when needed
  • Support in the day to day duties 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of local experience working in administration of trust, corporate admin or similar
  • Knowledge working under Malta and International Company Law
  • Fluent in written and verbal English

Education and Experience

  • Recognized Qualification in the field
