Corporate and Compliance Executive
Our client is looking for a Corporate and Compliance Executive to join their team and report to the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
Responsibilities:
Support the development and improvement of compliance and governance frameworks across the Group’s listed companies and subsidiaries.
Ensure ongoing compliance with the Companies Act, Capital Markets Rules, MFSA requirements, and other relevant regulations.
Maintain and update compliance registers, policies, and procedures.
Prepare and review compliance reports, governance documentation, and materials for Board and Committee meetings.
Work closely with the Company Secretariat Executive to ensure coordinated governance and compliance operations.
Communicate with regulators, advisors, and auditors on compliance matters.
Identify opportunities to simplify processes and enhance compliance efficiency in line with the organisation’s digital and sustainability goals.
Support digitalisation efforts to improve record-keeping, data accuracy, and sustainable governance practices.
Assist with internal compliance awareness and training initiatives to promote a strong culture of accountability.

More than two years to five years local experience in a similar role

MQF Level 4/5 – Matriculation certificate/A level National Diploma/Higher National Diploma or equivalent MQF
