Our client is looking for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead the company’s growth and oversee its extensive day-to-day operations.
The Role
Based in Malta, the successful candidate will report to the Board of Directors while maintaining a hands-on approach to property management.
The role carries full responsibility for the strategic, operational, and financial performance of a very large asset portfolio. This portfolio spans across Europe.
Key responsibilities include cultivating stakeholder relationships, driving complex negotiations, and ensuring the highest standards of ethical business conduct.
The CEO will lead a diverse array of real estate assets
Might require a high degree of travelling

Requirements
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or architecture, with an MBA preferred.
Demands extensive experience at the senior management level, specifically within international real estate or investment.
Must have a track record in managing boards, overseeing complex budgets, and negotiating high-value deals.
