Our client offers corporate services to its clients. They would like to engage a Chief Executive Officer(CEO) to head the company operation and lead strategic growth.
The Role
The company supports clients with licensing in industries such as fintech, gaming, and innovative technologies.
The role reports directly to the Board of Directors and carries full operational responsibility.
The CEO will develop and implement business strategies aligned with growth objectives.
They will identify new business opportunities and expand client relationships to increase revenue.
Monitoring industry trends and regulatory developments is a key responsibility.
The role includes overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient service delivery.
The CEO must ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including AML/CFT and KYC requirements.
They will manage risk frameworks and maintain strong due diligence processes.
The position involves leading and developing a high-performing team.
Financial oversight, including budgeting, pricing, and cash flow management, is required.
In addition to the gross salary there is good bonus structure based on the attainment of KPIs
Requirements
Have proven commercial skills
Have proven leadership skills preferably in a regulated environment
