Associate Advisor

Our client in the Corporate Services Industry is looking to recruit an Associate Advisor to join their Advisory team. 

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Handling and supporting performance optimisation projects, including KPI Development, process improvement 
  • Leading and supporting in transformation initiatives, by redesigning processes and implementing changes 
  • Supporting in the design, implementation of management systems in line with ISO 9007 and equivalent standards 
  • Performing audits and gap analyses for clients 
  • Preparing reports, and documentation
  • Working closely with clients to support in operational and strategic challenges 
  • Collaborating with Project managers and stakeholders daily 
  • Supporting in the day to day duties 

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of local experience working in an Advisory role in a similar industry
  • Excellent verbal and written English
  • Strong communication and organisational skills

Education and Experience

  • A Degree level of education in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Economics or similar
  • A certification in ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Lean Six Sigma or PMP would be considered an asset
