Onboarding Officer
Central Malta | €30,000 - €40,000 Annually
A leading investments firm, providing expert advice and solutions to clients, is looking to recruit an Onboarding Officer to join their growing team.
Main Responsibilities :
- Explain Source of Wealth (SoW) requirements to clients after report completion.
- Prepare and review application forms and KYC documentation.
- Verify and challenge client SoW/KYC information for accuracy.
- Attend sign-up meetings to validate and certify SoW/SoF evidence.
- Submit completed applications to investment providers and track progress.
- Keep clients updated throughout the onboarding process.
- Provide payment details once applications are approved.
- Confirm fund allocation, place deals online, and issue welcome communications.
- Deliver final policy documents to clients.
Requirements
- Strong IT literacy and digital competency.
- Proven ability to effectively use digital tools, systems, and platforms required within the organisation.
- Working knowledge of investment products and regulatory KYC requirements.
- Experience in client onboarding or within the financial services sector.
Education and Experience
- A Level Standard of Education
