Our client forming part of the Gaming Industry is looking to recruit a Compliance Specialist to join their team. The chosen candidate would be working on a Spanish Regulated Market.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring all legal and regulatory obligations and changes that are needed
Drafting and implementing compliance related policies and procedures
Being responsible for managing the policy portfolio for the group together with the compliance team
Preforming internal compliance and control checks
Carrying out research, analysis on new and revised laws and regulations
Supporting the MLRO in the respective Markets to identify AML risks and supports in AML audits
Supporting in training of employees
Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role locally
Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish
