Compliance Executive
Central Malta | €35,000 - €45,000 Annually
Our client in the Fintech Industry is looking for a Compliance Executive to join their growing team.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting the day to day monitoring
- Being the right hand of the Head of Compliance to ensure all is up to date with regulatory requirements
- Maintaining compliance registers, which include breaches log, complaints, as well as conflict of interest registers
- Supporting in the drafting, reviews, and updating the policies and procedures
- Supporting in the preparation of compliance reports
- Assisting in the submission of information for supervisory returns and regulatory correspondence with MFSA
- Supporting in the compliance training
- Monitoring regulatory developments, carrying out research and drafting briefing notes
- Providing administrative and technical support for audits and inspections
- Supporting in the day to day
Requirements
- A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience working in regulatory compliance locally preferably within the Financial Services Industry
- Previous experience in Fintech or Financial Services
- Excellent verbal and written Maltese and English
Education and Experience
- A Degree Level of Education is preferred
