Our client, a consultancy service company, is seeking to recruit an AML Senior Consultant. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Assisting clients with AML/CFT compliance related advice whilst liaising with the regulator where needed
Performing AML/CFT compliance related audits
Carrying out risk assessments and assisting clients undergoing visits from the regulator
Delivering training related to AML to clients as well as employees
Suggesting improvements to the company's software especially after any regulatory changes
Drafting and updating of AML and compliance policies and procedures, both for internal purposes as well as on behalf of clients
Keeping abreast with any AML/CFT legislations as well as other ongoing changes issued by the regulator or the government
Participating in seminars and keeping up to date with any industry and regulatory updates
Any other duties which may be required from time to time
Requirements
Minimum two years experience in an AML advisory role
Strong knowledge of AML/CFT compliance related laws and regulations
Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines
Highly reliable and organized
Fluency in verbal and written English
Strong analytical and presentation skills
Education and Experience
Candidates holding a related Degree will be given preference
