Youth and Social Awareness Advisor (Gozo)
Gozo | €20,000 - €27,000 Annually
Our client within the wellbeing sector, is looking for a Youth and Social Awareness Advisor. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Participate in social awareness projects, outreach activities, and other duties assigned by senior staff.
Develop, edit, publish, and manage engaging content for the organization’s Facebook and Instagram pages.
Research and apply evidence-based strategies to support social programs and awareness campaigns.
Assist in social research and data analysis to inform program design and evaluation.
Support the planning, coordination, and reporting of awareness initiatives and events.
Monitor social media engagement and suggest improvements to enhance audience reach and impact.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in messaging and project goals.
Requirements
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong command of social media platforms and online engagement tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven experience in content creation, editing, and social media correspondence.
Ability to communicate effectively across various channels and formats.
Highly organized, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Demonstrated ability to understand, promote, and mentor others on the philanthropic mission and values of the organization.
Education and Experience
A qualification at MQF Level 6 and/or relevant experience in the Social Sciences will be considered an asset.
