Our client is currently seeking a number of reliable and detail-oriented Cleaners/Housekeeper's to join their growing property management team. This role requires maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and organization across various managed properties including apartments, offices, and common areas.
Key Responsibilities
- General cleaning of rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors, and other assigned areas
- Dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors
- Making beds, changing linens, and restocking towels and amenities
- Sanitizing and disinfecting high-touch surfaces
- Reporting maintenance issues or damages to the supervisor
- Collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with safety regulations
- Ensuring cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Preparing properties for new tenants/guests (deep cleaning and staging when necessary)
- Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures at all times
- Following property-specific checklists and schedules
- Assisting with laundry duties when applicable
Requirements
- Possession of a valid Skillpass (preferable)
- Organized, punctual, and able to work independently
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and operate equipment
- Trustworthy and respectful of residents’ and guests’ privacy
Education and Experience
- Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles (advantageous)
