Senior Sales Manager – Cybersecurity

Our client is a new and fast-growing startup in the internet security space, developing advanced cybersecurity and DDoS protection solutions for businesses in Malta and internationally. The company’s mission is to help organizations stay secure, resilient, and online in an increasingly complex digital world.

They are now looking for Senior Sales Managers with strong B2B sales experience in the iGaming, fintech, or technology sectors to join their expanding team. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a young, ambitious company at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation, where your impact will directly shape its growth and market presence.

The Key Responsibilities

• Identify, approach, and convert B2B prospects within the iGaming, fintech, and tech industries

• Build and nurture lasting client relationships both locally and internationally

• Collaborate with the internal tech and product teams to tailor solutions to client needs

• Deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations

• Negotiate contracts and oversee the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing

• Share market feedback and contribute to the company’s commercial and growth strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of proven B2B sales experience in iGaming, fintech, or technology
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cybersecurity, or internet infrastructure services
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, ambitious, and able to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Confident managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Awareness of key trends and regulations affecting the iGaming and fintech markets

Education and Experience

  • Existing network within iGaming, Forex, or fintech
  • Background in selling cybersecurity, hosting, or infrastructure products
