Our client, an international company focused on delivering impactful learning and development solutions, is looking to recruit a Client Partner to join their growing team.
Reporting to the Partnership Director. the chosen candidate will:
- Develop and nurture trusted advisor relationships with clients, aligning their learning and development strategy with our solutions.
- Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand and deepen client relationships, maximizing the value of our coaching and talent solutions.
- Collaborate closely with the Client Success team to ensure a seamless client experience and foster strong cross-functional teamwork.
- Design and implement tailored coaching and talent solutions that address client objectives, leveraging our comprehensive suite of products.
- Create compelling proposals and commercial agreements that align with client needs and business priorities, ensuring stakeholder buy-in.
- Provide strategic input on programme insights and outcomes, working with Client Success to reinforce impact and identify new opportunities.
- Drive account growth and long-term partnerships, ensuring high levels of client engagement and retention.
- Own commercial success within assigned accounts, meeting revenue targets through proactive relationship management and consultative selling.
- Track stakeholder engagement and account health using data-driven insights to inform strategy and ensure continued alignment with client goals.
Requirements
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- A consultative approach with the ability to understand client needs and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Excellent organisational skills with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- A passion for leadership development, coaching, and driving impactful client outcomes.
- Must be located in Malta.
Education and Experience
- Proven experience in leadership and/or talent consulting, combined with experience in BD and Account Management.
- Proven track record in carrying a sales target.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless delivery and follow-through.
- Commercial acumen with an understanding of contract management, renewals, and revenue growth opportunities.
- Impeccable English - English as a first language
- 3+ years in L&D or Talent consulting - OR internally in an HR role where this has been a strong focus.
