Our client, specialising in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, representing a broad portfolio of international brands and is recognised for its reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply chain management is looking for a Business Manager Assistant.
The Main Responsibilities include:
Provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales and Business Management teams.
Manage documentation, records, and correspondence in an orderly and accessible manner.
Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, debit notes, and sales reports.
Maintain sales forecasts, order projections, and conduct sales analysis.
Support tender processes, CPSU invoicing, and product recall coordination.
Assist with the servicing of faulty equipment and liaise with relevant departments for replacements.
Oversee product registration checks and repackaging documentation.
Track brand-related expenses for budgeting purposes.
Take meeting minutes and compile monthly reports from Product Specialists.
Handle sample requests and manage related communications with healthcare professionals.
Contribute to marketing activities, including planning, promotional materials, and customer engagement
Maintain team calendars and assist with event coordination.
Attend supplier meetings and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Business Managers.
Working Hours:
08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 (+ 30 min break)
Requirements
Fluent in both Maltese & English
Good Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong written communication skills
Proficient in computer use
Organised & efficient
Works well in a team environment
Ability to make informed business decisions
Education and Experience
A candidate with a pharmacy background would bring valuable expertise to the team.
