Our client, specialising in the distribution of pharmaceuticals and medical products, representing a broad portfolio of international brands and is recognised for its reliability, regulatory compliance, and efficient supply chain management is looking for a Business Manager Assistant.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Sales and Business Management teams.
- Manage documentation, records, and correspondence in an orderly and accessible manner.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices, debit notes, and sales reports.
- Maintain sales forecasts, order projections, and conduct sales analysis.
- Support tender processes, CPSU invoicing, and product recall coordination.
- Assist with the servicing of faulty equipment and liaise with relevant departments for replacements.
- Oversee product registration checks and repackaging documentation.
- Track brand-related expenses for budgeting purposes.
- Take meeting minutes and compile monthly reports from Product Specialists.
- Handle sample requests and manage related communications with healthcare professionals.
- Contribute to marketing activities, including planning, promotional materials, and customer engagement
- Maintain team calendars and assist with event coordination.
- Attend supplier meetings and perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Business Managers.
Working Hours:
08:00 - 16:30 or 08:30 - 17:00 (+ 30 min break)
Requirements
- Fluent in both Maltese & English
- Good Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong written communication skills
- Proficient in computer use
- Organised & efficient
- Works well in a team environment
- Ability to make informed business decisions
Education and Experience
- A candidate with a pharmacy background would bring valuable expertise to the team.
