Our client, a leading company in the payments industry, is looking to employ an Operations Officer to join their team. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Prepare, review, and maintain operational documentation
Monitor systems and processes to ensure they meet client requirements
Perform and oversee reconciliation of client accounts and transactions
Handle customer enquiries and provide timely support
Liaise with clients as required
Assist with incident tracking and resolution across teams
Requirements
Strong command of English; additional languages are an asset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and business software
Understanding of risk and security practices
Knowledge of BankWORKS is an asset
Education and Experience
Diploma-level qualification or higher
Familiarity with card operations or similar processing environments is preferred
Experience in financial services or banking environments
