Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for an Operations Officer to join their Commercial Banking Team. This role is a client facing role.
Responsibilities :
Handling banks products
Answering all call and handling emails for existing and new clients
Handling customers instructions and daily updates of accounting records
Handling administrative tasks related to the operations of banking platforms in use
Performing other operational tasks
Requirements
A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, payments or related role locally
Excellent level of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, written and verbal
Experience in V look ups
Education and Experience
A minimum of Diploma Level of Education
