Operations Officer (Dutch/French Speaking)

  Central Malta  |  €23,000 - €25,000 Annually 

Our client in the Banking Industry is looking for an Operations Officer to join their Commercial Banking Team. This role is a client facing role. 

Responsibilities:  

  • Handling banks products
  • Answering all call and handling emails for existing and new clients 
  • Handling customers instructions and daily updates of accounting records 
  • Handling administrative tasks related to the operations of banking platforms in use 
  • Performing other operational tasks

Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in banking, payments or related role locally
  • Excellent level of French and/or Dutch, as well as English, written and verbal
  • Experience in V look ups

Education and Experience

  • A minimum of Diploma Level of Education
