We’re looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance, and drive process efficiency across multiple jurisdictions. The role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage teams and workflows in a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to maintain efficiency and regulatory compliance.
- Oversee internal controls and service quality standards.
- Act as the main contact for operational queries and escalations.
- Keep procedures and documentation accurate and up to date.
- Safeguard customer data and ensure strong risk management practices.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and support business goals.
- Lead, train, and develop team members to foster high performance.
- Provide regular reports to senior management and escalate key issues.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities.
- Support the Head of Operations with additional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Previous experience in operations management within banking, assett, brokarage or fintech
- Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks in the EU would be considered as an Asset
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
