We support a regulated European Bank specialising in cutting-edge industries like technology and digital advertising.
We are looking for a Credit Monitoring Specialist to join the Credit & Operations team. It is a key role in supporting the Credit Department’s administrative and operational functions related to the Bank’s lending portfolio.
This entry-level position ensures accurate credit documentation, system data integrity, and timely client follow-up, contributing to the efficient and effective management of the credit process.
Responsibilities:
Support the preparation, processing, and administration of credit files in line with Bank procedures.
Accurately input and update client and facility data in internal systems.
Follow up with stakeholders and clients to obtain outstanding documentation or clarifications.
Assist in tracking credit approvals, expiries, renewals, and monitoring conditions.
Conduct basic checks to ensure documentation is complete and consistent.
Prepare draft reports and summaries as guided by senior team members.
Monitor action items and escalate overdue matters when required.
Maintain organized filing in compliance with Bank and regulatory standards.
Provide general administrative support to the Credit Department as needed.
Requirements
Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable, with the ability to handle repetitive tasks accurately.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with discretion in handling confidential information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Outlook) and eager to learn in a structured environment.
Education and Experience
A diploma-level qualification in Banking, Business Administration, or a related field. Candidates in the process of obtaining such a qualification will also be considered.
Previous experience in a similar administrative or banking support role would be considered an asset but is not essential.
