On behalf of our client, a public company operating in the field of financing, credit facilities and related services, we are seeking to recruit a Client Relations Officer for its offices in Nicosia, Cyprus.
Responsibilities:
Serve as a primary point of contact for retail clients, addressing inquiries related to financing, credit facilities, and other services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through regular communication and follow-ups
Assist clients in understanding financial products, particularly microfinance and small-scale credit solutions
Support the onboarding process, including client documentation and KYC procedures
Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate efficient service delivery
Monitor client accounts and proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Handle client complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in internal systems
Participate in outreach initiatives to expand the retail client base
Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport
Basic understanding of financial products or willingness to learn quickly
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
Requirements
0–1 year of experience in customer service, banking, or financial services
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
