Our client, an esteemed local bank, is seeking to recruit an Assistant Branch Manager. The selected candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Providing excellent customer services
Assisting the manager in the overall management in a professional and efficient manner
Managing a portfolio of customers whilst pursuing growth opportunities from active and prospective clients
Contributing to the development of the rest of the team
Achieving and exceeding set targets by planning and organizing initiatives and activities to obtain performance objectives and increase business volume and profitability
Ensuring a smooth operation and strict adherence with compliance regulations and respective rules and procedures
Working hand in hand with the HOD and assist in solving complex problems
Any other duty which may be required from time to time
Requirements
Minimum 3-5 years local experience in a similar role within retail banking
Possess excellent customer service skills
Hold excellent intrapersonal skills
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office tools
Possess excellent written and verbal skills, both in English and Maltese
Education and Experience
Candidates holding a related Degree will be given preference
