A growing international company is looking for a Travel Coordinator Clerk, supporting seamless travel experiences for trainees, staff, and corporate travellers across the group. This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior travel professional looking to grow within a supportive, structured environment.
What You’ll Do
- Arrange flights, hotels, transfers, and travel logistics.
- Prepare reservations, tickets, itineraries, and travel documents (Amadeus or similar GDS).
- Manage amendments, rebookings, cancellations, and special requests.
- Keep records updated, support reports, and assist with admin and finance follow-ups.
- Communicate travel details clearly and handle traveller inquiries promptly.
- Support the Travel Officer during busy periods, group movements, and events.
What You Bring
- Experience in travel or hospitality (agency, airline, GDS-based role, or aviation customer service).
- Knowledge of Amadeus or similar GDS preferred.
- Certificate or course in IATA / airline ticketing is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisation.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent written and spoken English, Arabic is an advantage.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn.
