Our client is looking for a Strategy & Office Operations Lead to support the GM. The chosen candidate will:
Assist the GM in executing business strategies and operational plans.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for internal use and executive decision-making.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), recommend improvements, and provide business analytics and insights to the GM and management team.
Support the GM in implementing and sustaining leadership routines that drive operational excellence.
Lead ESG (Environmental, Social & Governance) initiatives in collaboration with the Group ESG team.
Lead and coordinate projects assigned by the GM, including office refurbishments, visual management, digital transformation, and operational excellence.
Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with company objectives.
Manage relationships with third-party service providers in areas such as recruitment, digitalization, training, business development, and staff welfare.
Evaluate, onboard, and manage new partners that support business growth and operational efficiency.
Identify and implement initiatives that enhance employee experience, wellbeing, and productivity.
Support internal and external communication and collaboration across departments.
Coordinate internal events, training programs, and employee recognition initiatives.
Ensure adherence to group communication policies and initiatives.
Maintain and update the company website, social media platforms, and internal SharePoint site.
Lead the implementation and maintenance of communication platforms (e.g., Heja) and drive internal and external communication and marketing efforts in collaboration with the Group Communication and Marketing teams.
Requirements
Supporting procurement or vendor coordination for office and operational needs.
Ability to manage correspondence, internal communications, document control, and coordinating meetings.
Ensuring compliance with company procedures and assisting in audits or inspections.
Excellent organisational, time management, and coordination skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
Good numerical and reporting skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities — able to liaise professionally with management, staff, and clients.
Education and Experience
Preferably qualified at MQF level 6/7 in Business Mmanagement or related field.
Experience in preparing and consolidating reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review.
Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is a must.
Must be based in Malta holding valid local experience.
